The Studio at Melrose has one aim in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, bespoke and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

All items purchased from the Studio are covered by a no quibble returns policy.  you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items.  You must contact us on the form below to arrange your return.   Please note we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.  This applies for stock items only.  If you have items made to your exacting requirements these items are classified as personalised items or custom made.  These items will only be refunded is they are deemed to be faulty. 

Items must be returned in an unworn and unused condition in the original packaging.  


All jewellery is covered by a 12 month makers warranty, should the item be faulty, it will be fixed free of charge.  This does not cover items that are lost or damaged through normal wear and tear or items that have been damaged through inappropriate use.  These items will be repaired for a fee.  


All items for return or repair must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt.


you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items.  Any items that do not reach us remain your responsibility.  

Tarnishing or discolouration due to contact with chemicals such as bleach is not classified as faulty.  please follow the care instructions in your parcel
